Situated among fields in the grounds of Sevenoaks Primary School, Acorns is fortunate to have a lovely large, enclosed garden which is used on a daily basis. The children are able to manage risk with climbing frames, swings, climbing rope and balance beams. The children are able to stretch their physical skills and enjoy the freedom to run, ride, slide and climb with a canopy of mature trees giving shade in the summer and fun with leaves in the autumn. We have a planting area, digging area and mud kitchen so wellies are a must! Our fire pit also allows the children to experience aspects of safe, outdoor fun. Each room has time to enjoy the garden with our older children able to have ‘free flow’ access during their nursery day.
